Track & Trace
You will receive a Track & Trace code by email once your order has been shipped. All shipments are traceable.
Not at Home?
If you are not present during delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel at a pickup point, or deliver to a neighbour. You will be notified.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock, you will be informed by email. If you receive no communication within 5 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us.

You can specify a different delivery address during checkout.

14-Day Reflection Period
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, as long as the product is unopened and unused.
Return Conditions
Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.
Insufficiently stamped returns will be refused.

Refunds
After the returned item is received in good condition, your refund will be processed within 14–30 days.

Damaged Returns
If the returned product shows signs of damage caused by the customer, Rexar may refuse the return or only provide a partial refund. You will be informed in writing.
